I Believe:

  • You can purposely build your best life so that it works for you.

  • That "letting it happen" isn't an option.

  • Clarity of vision is an intentional act that evokes authentic transformation.

  • You can have your cake and eat it too.

  • Your best life imaginable is desperately seeking you.

  • Claim it!!

A little bit about me:

As a Colorado native, I've always been more naturally drawn towards the sunnier sides of life. Transition has been a constant in my life since an early age. Adoption, divorce, remarriages and death were key informers of my youth and adolescence. Navigating these significant changes taught me a lot about myself and how even if I couldn't choose a particular circumstance, I could choose my relationship to it.

As a millennial graduate with limitless access to information from an early age, I still felt ill-equipped and overwhelmed in my search for meaningful work.  I had the college degree, but was unsure where to start in the professional world.

A bold move to Santiago, Chile placed me out of comfort zones and into the fire. It was here I first learned to listen...truly listen. Being a non-native speaker forced me to adapt new ways of making sense of a foreign language, environment and culture. I tapped into once dormant intuitive senses and became a keen listener and observer.

Returning to the U.S. after close to two years abroad and with newly acquired skills and knowledge, I began a stint of short lived dispassionate career paths. Frustration built with each failure attempt to establish meaningful work.  Still, I knew I was alive for a purpose to bring forth greatness into the world in a unique and inspiring capacity.  In order to discover the medium I first needed to do the "inner work"

This brings me to the exciting here and now. Settling was not an option, so I sought to learn more about my distinctive aptitudes and a way to bring them forth into the world. I did so through close examination of my true nature or "essential self" coupled with dynamic life experience. I sought guidance and feedback through hiring my own coach and mentor along with other trusted advisors and attended seminars, workshops, read thought leading books and questioned everything. With genuine curiosity and intention, I was unquestionably called to the profession of personal development coaching, birthing the beginnings of JS coaching. I now have the privilege of utilizing that same curiosity and intention to promote transformative growth in others from all walks of life.

I am a professionally certified Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) which is recognized as one of the most established, rigorous and accoladed coaching training programs accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
